Benefits Package

Our company appreciates the vital role our dedicated and hardworking employees play in achieving our goals. Part of our commitment to our employees is evidenced by our establishing and maintaining a high quality, comprehensive Employee Benefit Package. The outline below summarizes the benefits provided to eligible employees and their families.  It includes a wide range of programs, as well as some added options. A number of the benefits (such as Social Security, Workers' Compensation, State Disability, and Unemployment Insurance) cover all employees in the manner prescribed by law. The following employment benefits are provided in addition to our competitive wages:

  1. Health Insurance.  Our company provides two medical insurance plans, an HMO (Health Maintenance Organization, you utilize the services/doctors through their provider network) and PPO (You can see the doctor of your choice – Out of network services, or you may utilize doctors from the PPO Provider Network).  Employees and their eligible dependents can select the plan that best suits their family needs.

  2. Dental & Orthodontics.  At only a minimal cost to our employees, we provide two dental insurance programs to select from.  A DHMO, where you can select a dentist from a participating network that assists in reducing your out of pocket costs, OR a PPO Dental Plan so our employees can utilize the services or their own dentist if they wish.

  3. Life Insurance.  Each employee at Our company is provided with a life insurance plan that will pay up to 2 times the employees base salary up to $500,000. 

  4. Long Term Disability.   Our company employees can receive up to 66.66% of their monthly earnings if they become ill and are unable to work for a prolonged period of time.  Our company pays 100% of the “Core” benefit which is 60% of an employees monthly earnings.  Employees may elect to improve this benefit up to 66.66%.

  5. 401(k) Savings & Retirement Plan.  Our company employees may participate in our 401k plan after only 180 days of continues employment.  Our employees can enjoy putting back pre-tax dollars toward their retirement up to 15% or to the federal maximum.  We will match our employee’s contribution 50 cents to the dollar up to a total annual contribution of $500.00.  All contributions are vested after 5 years.   

  6. Section 125 Flex Plan.  Our company offers a Section 125 Plan that is also known as a flexible spending account.  This plan allows our employees to set aside money on a pre-tax basis to pay for any out-of-pocket medical expense and dependent care expenses. 

  7. Vacation Benefits.    Our company provides paid vacations for all eligible employees to allow employees to engage in a change of pace and environment, and for rest, relaxation and personal pursuits.  Regular full time employees receive one weeks paid vacation per year up to five years  of service; three weeks per year at 10 years of service, and a day more per year progressively after 10 and up to 15 years of service.

  8. Sick/Kin Care.  Regular full-time employees are eligible for sick time pay, which is paid time off for purposes such as illness, personal business, Kin Care and other situations when you would not typically receive wages.  Sick/Kin Care pay is an accrued benefit up to five days.

  9. Holidays.  Our company stays competitive by offering our employees 11 paid holidays per year.
